Although I have tried many different dips in my life, none of them compare to this Baileys chocolate chip dip. The combination of flavors is just right for dipping and for satisfying that urge to snack. You can use this dip along with fruit slices or if you want to kick things up a notch, try some cookies. Of course, you can also be daring and just grab a spoonful of this treat. It really is that good.
Ingredients:
1 8oz package cream cheese, softened to room temperature
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup Baileys Irish Cream
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Directions:
In a bowl, combine your cream cheese, powdered sugar, and Baileys and mix until smooth.
Then, stir in your chocolate chips.
That’s it! Scoop it into a serving dish with some cookies or fruit. Maybe have a few spoons around in case someone wants to have a big spoonful of the delicious treat.
