Garlic Monkey Bread Recipe

Although there are many parts of a meal that we certainly appreciate, one that is often a highlight is the bread. As a matter of fact, many people will even judge a restaurant according to how good the bread is! There is no doubt that humans have a love affair with bread, but this recipe is taking it to the next level.

Garlic bread is a favorite at many family gatherings, as well as being a great treat on game day. Rather than serving up a large loaf of bread, why not try making this lovely appetizer? It is garlic monkey bread, and you won’t believe how easy it is to make!

It doesn’t involve a lot of work but rather, you just need to grab your muffin tin and get going. After making it, you will love the fact that it is easy to control portions, and it looks fantastic when it is on a plate!

We’ve seen a lot of delicious bread recipes before, but this one is absolutely fantastic. Not only is it easy to make and taste delicious, it will perform a disappearing act once it hits the plate.

Ingredients:
1-16 oz can refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
6 tbs. butter, melted
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbs. Italian seasoning
⅓ Cup parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease a 12 cup muffin pan.
In a medium-sized bowl combine the melted butter, garlic, italian seasoning and ¼ Cup of the parmesan cheese. Mix well.

With a knife, cut each biscuit into 1” pieces and place in the bowl. Genlty toss to evenly coat with the butter mixture.

Place 4-5 biscuit pieces in each muffin cup. Sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan cheese.

Bake for 9-12 minutes, or until golden. Serve warm.
