Love Bread? Hate Carbohydrates? Here is the Solution

For many of us, carbs can be the enemy. Trying to keep on a strict diet and watching that carb intake, can be both a full-time job and horrendously difficult. Especially if like most of us you have a passion for bread before you know what has happened you will have broken your carb intake for the day.

Well, this wonderful little recipe teaches us how to make zero carb bread. Yeah, I did say that, bread with zero carbs whatsoever. Now we are talking. So if the idea and concept of this tickles your fancy, then follow the quick and easy recipe below and get back to enjoying those gorgeous sandwiches we know and love guilt free and without the carbs.

For this yummy and healthy bread, you’ll need 3 eggs (separated into yolk and whites), 3 tablespoons cream cheese, 1/4 teaspoon of cream of tartar (or baking powder) and 1 gram of sweetener (or sugar)! After you separate the eggs carefully, as not to get any yolks in the white, mix the yolks, cottage cheese or cream cheese and the sweetener or sugar together in one bowl until the it’s totally smooth.

In a different bowl, add the cream of tartar or baking powder to the whites and beat them until they are nice and fluffy. Then carefully fold the yolk mixture into the egg white concoction until the two are thoroughly mixed. Grease two cookie sheets and use a spoon to scoop the mixture into even 8-10 circles on the pans! Lastly, you’ll need to bake the bread at 300 degrees for roughly 30 minutes, or until the rounds are golden-brown.
