Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day but at times, I feel a little rushed to get a good breakfast made in the morning. For example, omelettes are delicious but they take time and effort. Once you know this trick about making fresh omelettes easily and without the mess, you may never skip breakfast again.
Ingredients:

– 2 slices of ham, chopped
– 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 1 tablespoon chopped onion
– 1 tablespoon chopped green bell pepper
– 2 tablespoons chopped fresh tomato
– 1 tablespoon chunky salsa
– 2 fresh mushrooms, sliced
