Everyone loves a muffin, and with so many flavours to choose from, you are literally spoilt for choice. But unfortunately for us, we all know that the majority of muffins are not particularly good for us, and certainly not for our waistline. The problem is they are so tempting and taste so good.
This lady decided to come up with her own recipe that is super simple, and also very healthy. Using only three ingredients these muffins really hit the spot, and due to there not being any flour in the ingredients the baking time is only twelve minutes, which means they could even be cooked daily for breakfast. Berries, bananas and eggs are the three ingredients and here is all she does to make these masterpieces. She mashes two bananas in a large bowl, then whisks in four eggs until blended well. Next, she brings out her muffin tin and drops in a few berries in each container. Pouring her mixture over the berries, she prepared earlier the muffins are now ready to bake. With the fruit providing the vitamins, and the eggs the protein, there is nothing but goodness in these breakfast treats.
