Ingredients:

Refrigerated Pie Crust
Jam (any flavor you like)
1 cup icing sugar
1-2 tablespoons milk or cream
Sprinkles, if desired

Directions:

Preheat oven to 425 F.

Roll out pie crust and cut into 3 inches (8 cm) wide and 6 inches (16 cm) long strips.

Place 2 tsp of jam on the center of the lower half of the pastry strip.

Fold the top half over the bottom to encase the jam. Press sides closed with a fork.

Place the sealed tart on a greased or parchment covered baking sheet and bake in preheated oven for 8-10 minutes.

While the tarts are baking mix together the icing sugar and milk or cream to create the glaze. You want the glaze to have the consistency of syrup.

When tarts are finished baking, remove from oven and let cool. Once cool cover with glaze and add sprinkles, if desired.
