These Raspberries And Cream Overnight Oats Make A Delicious Breakfast

How often do you enjoy breakfast in the morning? I’m not talking about throwing together a bowl of cereal and pouring milk over it, I’m talking about taking the time to truly enjoy something delicious and nutritious in the morning. Very few of us indulge ourselves in such a way and this is typically because we live busy lives.

If you love eating breakfast and enjoy feeling as if you had something healthy in the morning, this is a recipe you should not overlook. You put it together in the evening and by the morning, you have a delicious jar of food that you can eat at home or take on the go. The recipe is for raspberry and cream oats, and it is about to change the way that you look at breakfast from this point forward.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup rolled oats
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1/2 cup raspberry yogurt
1/2 cup raspberries
1/2 cup canned coconut milk
Raspberry jam as sweetener

Directions:

Stir together the oats, salt and chia seeds in a tupperware container or mason jar.

Add the yogurt over top, then add the fruit.

Finally, add the milk. Stir everything together, put the lid on and shake the jar, then refrigerate overnight. The next morning, stir and enjoy! Depending on your yogurt and milk of choice, you may wish to add sugar or your favorite sweetener, and you can add this at any time.
