Serve This Buttermilk Roast Chicken With Garlic Recipe To Someone You Love Tonight

There are many different types of food that we may enjoy on a regular basis but more than likely, it is chicken that finds its way into your home at least once, if not twice or three times per week. That is where this buttermilk roast chicken comes in. It is absolutely delicious on its own but when you include the garlic and serve it over some fresh pasta noodles, you will find that it provides a powerful and delicious meal that everyone will enjoy.

Ingredients:

1 cup buttermilk
1 tbsp olive oil
5 garlic cloves, minced
1/6 bunch fresh parsley, minced
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper
5 chicken drumsticks

Directions:

In a bowl, combine the buttermilk, olive oil, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper with a whisk.

Pour the mixture into a freezer bag with 5 chicken drumsticks. Refrigerate for 24 hours.

When you are ready to cook it the next day, preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

Use a casserole dish and line the chicken in the pan. Pour the extra sauce into the pan with the chicken then roast for 30-45 minutes.

Serve with pasta, veggies, rice, or what ever your favorite side dish is and enjoy!
