Butter (Room Temperature)
Brown Sugar
Eggs
Bittersweet Chocolate Chips
Flour
Cocoa Powder
Baking Soda
Salt
Vanilla Extract
Marshmallows
Let the soft cookie dough sit in the fridge for a half hour so that it’s stiff before you scoop dollops of your triple-chocolate dough onto your cookie sheet. After the cookies are baked, pop a marshmallow on top of each cookie and place the sheet back into the oven until the marshmallows are golden brown.
