Cookies tick so many boxes, with a wide variety of flavours, easy to cook and everyone loves them. Well things are just about to get a whole lot easier around here. How about if you only had to bake a batch of cookies for two and a half minutes, I mean come on that’s just plain ridiculous.
That’s exactly what the deal is with this recipe, but don’t think for one second that that means the quality or the taste suffers, because nothing could be further from the truth, these cookies are as good a cookie as you have ever tasted. So get that oven fired up and let’s get baking.
To get started mix, softened butter, brown sugar, peanut butter, vanilla, and egg in a large bowl.
Once these ingredients are adequately combined, carefully add in the flour, salt, and baking powder.
After all the dough is mixed thoroughly, add in some chocolate chips.
Roll the cookie dough into balls and place them on a microwave-safe plate with enough space between them to expand. Press them flat with your fingers.
Then just microwave them for 2 ½ minutes. To make sure it’s cooked well, your cookies should be crispy on the outside. Take a knife and stick the center. If it comes out clean of dough, your peanut butter and chocolate chip cookies are ready to cool before serving.
