Enjoy This Treat Like Never Before With These S’mores Pops

Think back to the days when you were younger and you used to enjoy some times around the campfire with your family. It seems as if those days were so carefree, we didn’t have a worry in the world. One of the things that made those days special was when we made s’mores, and they are a treat that many of us still enjoy when we are adults.

If you are someone who craves the sweet goodness of a s’more, you have probably had them in a number of ways. Now it is possible to enjoy this snack as a frozen treat, thanks to this s’mores pop recipe. When you add some vanilla ice cream to the s’mores, it is going to take them to a place that you never thought of before.

Ingredients:

1 box (14 ounces) graham cracker wafers
1 quart vanilla ice cream
2 cups mini marshmallows
1 cup milk chocolate, melted
8 popsicle sticks

Directions:

Soften ice cream in a large bowl.

Spread mini marshmallows on a baking sheet and broil on high until golden, about 1-2 minutes.

Fold marshmallows into softened ice cream.

Spread ice cream onto cookie sheet and freeze about 1 hour until solid. Cut graham cracker rectangles into squares, then using a square cookie cutter or a knife, cut ice cream out and make a sandwich. Place on baking sheet and freeze for 1 hour.

Insert popsicle sticks into each sandwich and dip half into melted chocolate, then freeze for an additional 30 minutes, if needed.

Enjoy!
