The Best Way to Cook Cauliflower

Any nutritional expert is going to tell you that it is vitally important to eat enough fruits and vegetables throughout the day. Unfortunately, it can be difficult to get enough vegetables on your plate but that may not be a problem any longer. After all, once you know how to cook cauliflower like a steak, you will never turn back again!

INGREDIENTS

1 Head Cauliflower
Olive oil (about 1/4 cup)
Salt and pepper
Parmesan cheese, to taste
Balsamic vinegar, to taste

DIRECTIONS

Sear the cauliflower on the stovetop (2-3 min. each side) then put them on a baking sheet roast at 400 degrees for about 15 minutes.

Add some grated/microplaned parmesan cheese and a bit of balsamic vinegar, and put it in the oven for another 5 minutes.
