Sometimes I miss the summer months, especially when it comes to fresh strawberries. Now that I know how to make these no-bake cheesecake stuffed strawberries, I can have a piece of summer, even when it is snowing outside.
Ingredients:
2 lbs. Strawberries
1 Box of Cream Cheese
1 1/4 Cups Powdered Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
Graham Crackers/Chocolate Cookies
