Cheesy Crackers Made at Home

Cheese crackers are a wonderful treat. It used to be that anytime I would go for groceries, I would pick up a box or two for snacking purposes. Now that I know how to make these delicious homemade cheesy crackers, I will never buy store bought cheese crackers again. There is no comparison!

You’ll Need
– 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, room temperature
– 3/4 cup lightly packed (3 ounces) sharp cheddar cheese, grated
– 1/3 cup lightly packed (1 ounce) Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, finely grated
– 1/2 teaspoon paprika
– Pinch of cayenne
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 cup (2 1/4 ounces) all-purpose flour
– 1 tablespoon cold water
