Create 2 layered cakes, one larger for the bottom, the other smaller for the top
Layer your cake, using icing between the layers
Spread butter cream icing over the outside of the cake. make it smooth.
Press sprinkles into the icing of the bottom layer
Place the top layer on the lower layer
Add a ribbon for decoration
