Frozen yogurt is an awesome treat but we may avoid the yogurt shop, because we end up paying by the ounce and it costs dearly! If you love frozen yogurt, don’t spend too much for it, make your own at home. Not only is it less expensive, you can make it easily in only 5 minutes!
Ingredients:
Strawberry
– 2 cups (10 ounces) frozen strawberries
– 2 tablespoons honey or agave nectar
– ¼ cup plain yogurt (Greek, non-fat or full-fat)
– ½ tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Pineapple and Coconut
– 2 cups (10 ounces) frozen pineapple
– 2 tablespoons honey or agave nectar
– ¼ cup plain yogurt (Greek, non-fat or full-fat)
– ½ tablespoon fresh lemon juice
– 2 tablespoons toasted coconut
Chocolate and Banana
– 2 medium (2 cups or 10 ounces) frozen bananas
– 2 tablespoons honey or agave nectar
– ¼ cup plain yogurt (Greek, non-fat or full-fat)
– ⅓ cup cocoa powder
– 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Mango and Lime
– 2 cups (10 ounces) frozen mango
– 2 tablespoons honey or agave nectar
– ¼ cup plain yogurt (Greek, non-fat or full-fat)
– ½ tablespoon fresh lime juice
– Zest of 1 fresh lime
Cake Batter
– 1 cup plain yogurt (Greek, non-fat or full-fat)
– 8 ounces cream cheese
– 3 tablespoons honey
– 3 teaspoons vanilla
– 3 tablespoons sprinkles
