You Don’t Have To Wait Until After Eight To Make These Delicious Home Made Mints

I don’t know if after dinner mints are an especially British fascination but I know I have a real penchant for them. Mint is one of those tastes, similar I suppose to dark chocolate that is a bit like Marmite. You either love it or hate it. Luckily for me, I am very partial to both. When I discovered this recipe I was more than happy. Mint and Chocolate for me is the perfect combination.

The sharp clean taste of Mint mixed with that creamy feel of chocolate just finishes off any meal perfectly. The real bonus of this recipe is that it is much easier to make than I would ever have imagined. So if the Mint flavour is one of your favourites, give this a try, I am sure you will love it.

INGREDIENTS
– Butter
– Powdered Sugar
– Cocoa Powder
– Vanilla
– Salt
– Flour
– Melted Chocolate

The recipe doesn’t exactly call for it, but for that minty flavour, I will personally be adding a few drops of mint extract! It’s not thin mints without the “mint” part.
