Love Breakfast Again With These Sausage Hash Brown Balls

We may eat a number of meals throughout the day but one that we tend to skip on a regular basis is breakfast. That is true, even though most of us are aware of the fact that it is the most important meal of the day. Eating a good breakfast get you started on the right foot but unfortunately, many of us are just too busy to make this meal in the morning. That is about to change.

This recipe is not only fantastic to fulfill your breakfast desires, it makes use of leftovers as well. Of course, you may just be able to make this from scratch every morning and once you taste how delicious it is, you may never skip breakfast again. Make this one for yourself or for your family, it is a wonderful treat.

Ingredients:

1 lb hot sausage, uncooked
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 cups Bisquick
1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 (30 oz) package frozen shredded hash brown potatoes (about 4 cups)

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Mix all ingredients until well combined

3. Roll into 1 1/2-inch balls

4. Bake 20-25 minutes until brown

5. Serve and enjoy!
