The more I think about it, the more I think that food and recipes seem to be closely aligned to the various celebrations throughout the year. I had never really considered this so much until my interest in cooking and baking developed, but for every season there seem to be certain treats and delicacies, and who am I to complain?
But sometimes we don’t want to spend hours in the kitchen baking, however much we enjoy it, and so it is nice to rely on an old favourite, such as the traditional cupcake. Most of us could make a cupcake in our sleep, and the beauty of this idea is that all you are really doing is using Tie-Dye to make it more specific to the time of year.
The other huge benefit to using cupcakes as your base model is that virtually everyone enjoys a nice cupcake, so you are pretty safe in assuming everyone will be happy unless they are a really fussy eater, in which case I doubt anything would please them.
