Sara Lynn shares the perfect crepe recipe!
Recipe:
Combine the following in a blender:
2 eggs
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup water
3 tbs melted butter
1 cup flour.
Blend (For a sweet crepe add sugar, vanilla & liqueur. For a savory crepe add chopped herbs & salt).
Strain the batter to ensure it is smooth & let it rest for at least 1 hour (overnight if possible).
Use a non-stick pan. Pour batter into the pan & cook quickly!
