How To Make Peanut Butter Fudge In The Freezer

Peanut Butter Freezer Fudge is a wonderfully simple fudge recipe. Condensed Milk is combined with cream, peanut butter and vanilla to create a thick mixture. Poured into a pan and frozen until firm, this fudge is perfect as a stand alone treat, or chopped up and served mixed into ice cream

Ingredients
2 cans of sweetened condensed milk
100 g salted butter
1 cup whipping cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cups peanut butter (creamy or crunchy depending on preference)

Directions

Add ingredients to sauce pan and stir over medium heat for 15 minutes (or until mixture is thick). Pour into greased pan lined with baking paper and allow to cool to room temperature. Freeze for 2 hours, then enjoy!
