Naughty But Nice Recipe For All You Banana Lovers

Every day I try to ensure I get my five a day. For those of you not in Britain Five A Day is the government’s attempt to encourage the population to eat five portions of fruit and vegetables a day. Whilst this recipe has Banana’s as it’s key ingredient, I don’t believe that this was what the policy makers had in mind when they came up with the slogan.

However good we try to be there is always times when it’s good to be bad, and none more so than when we fancy a sneaky treat. Terribly indulgent, totally delicious and very deeply fried, this recipe won’t do much good for your cholesterol level, but will do a whole lot for your taste buds. Enjoy.
