Share This Bread Pudding For Two Recipe With Someone You Love

Bread pudding is more than a delicious dessert, it is a tradition in many households. This particular recipe is so easy that you will be able to commit it to memory so that you can make it over and over again. Make sure that you have someone to share it with but from time to time, you might also just want to make this recipe for yourself. Sharing is caring but having extra bread pudding is priceless.

Ingredients:

2 Slices of Fresh Bread
2 Large Eggs
6 Tablespoons of Milk
2 Tablespoons of Sugar
1/2 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract (Optional)
10 Hershey’s Kisses

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Spray 2 small bowls or coffee mugs lightly with cooking spray.

In a small bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, sugar and vanilla.

Dice the bread into 1 inch pieces.

Chop Hershey’s kisses into smaller pieces.

Add the bread and chopped kisses to the bowl of egg mixture.

Stir well to combine.

Divide the mixture between the bowls.

Place bowls on a small baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes.

The mixture will rise and puff up when you remove it from the oven.

Top with your favorite ice cream or additional chocolate.
