I have eaten so many cheeseburgers in my life, that I dread to think what the total number would be. And unfortunately much as I love them, with the exception of the different sauces, or a slice of pickle here or there, we are realistically talking about the same recipe time after time. Burger, Cheese and a bun. Hardly much to get your creative juices going in the kitchen I am sure you will agree.
So this recipe for today, will give you something new to try, get rid of the always present buns with your burger, and give the whole family a new take on cheeseburgers. Get some nacho’s to use to accompany the finished dish, and everyone will be happy. Would love to hear your thoughts once you have tried this.
