Taco night is a staple at our house and a week doesn’t go by where we don’t enjoy such a special treat. After watching this video, however, I found that there were some new ways to make tacos that I had never considered before. When I make this special taco pie, my family comes running to the table and they absolutely eat until it’s gone!
Many people consider the taco to be a new creation but in reality, there is evidence that it predated the arrival of Europeans to Mexico. I bet they never made it in a pie!
