Improve Your Pizza Night With This Bubble Up Pizza Casserole

Although we may enjoy many different types of meals, one that tends to be a favorite in most homes is pizza. In fact, some of us even have an entire evening dedicated to a family pizza night. For some of us, it means bringing in carryout pizza from our favorite restaurant and for others, it is making homemade pizzas from scratch.

If your family loves pizza, regardless of whether you have a pizza night or not, this recipe is going to change everything. It is for a bubble up pizza casserole and it is certain to be a favorite in your home from the first time you make it. Between the pizza ingredients and the bubbling cheese on top, you are going to find this to be a fantastic dish that makes dinner fun.

Ingredients:

2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough
14 ounces marinara sauce
2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded and divided
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon pepper
4 ounces pepperoni, quartered

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare an 8×8-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.

Quarter each biscuit with kitchen shears or a knife, then place into a large mixing bowl.

Add in the marinara sauce, 1 cup of cheese, seasonings, and pepperoni, mixing together until well-combined.

Pour evenly into baking dish, then top with remaining cheese. Bake 25-30 minutes, or until cheese is melted and biscuits are cooked through.
