When most of us get thirsty, we reach for a cold drink. Perhaps it is a soda from the refrigerator or it might be some water that comes out of the tap. In either case, we often include some ice cubes with the drink. They help to keep it cold while we drink it and most of us appreciate crunching on the ice once the drink is gone.
Although an ice cube may seem like a rather simplistic thing, there are ways you can expand on the idea. If you are ready to take your ice cubes to the next level. this simple video shows you how to do it in style. The idea itself might be somewhat simple but the end result is going to provide you with fruit ice cubes that are going to be fun for your drinks.
Materials
Selection of chopped fruit, veggies and/or herbs (we used cucumber, grapefruit, strawberries, basil, lime, lemon, raspberries, blueberries, and ginger)
Ice cube tray
Water
Green Tea (optional)
Directions
Chop up the veggies, fruit and herbs that you will be using and place them in an empty ice cube tray.

Place the ice cube tray in the freezer until completely solid.
Add your choice of cubes to your favorite drinks! Pop some in a glass of water or in a cocktail for an extra burst of flavor!
