Start Dipping With This Delicious Greek Salsa

If there is one thing that all of us enjoy doing, it’s having a good snack between meals. We may try to avoid it to keep our waistline at a minimum, but when you get the right snack in front of you, there is no need to worry. That is certainly the case with salsa and this nutritious and delicious snack can be fantastic for tying you over from one meal to the next.

Many people have their own salsa recipe but after you try this Greek salsa, you may just be hooked. In fact, it could even ruin you for all other types of salsa. It is very easy to make and so flavorful, you will want to include it as a regular part of your life. Be sure that you do yourself the favor of trying this delicious salsa snack.

Ingredients:

Serves 10

2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 tsp sugar
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 cups tomato, diced
2 cups cucumber, diced
1/2 cup pitted Kalamata olives, chopped
1/2 cup red onion, diced
2/3 cup Feta cheese, crumbled

Directions:

To make the dressing, combine the garlic, oregano, sugar, red wine vinegar and olive oil in a bowl.

Mix together the tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, onions, and feta in a separate bowl.

Drizzle the dressing on top and toss it through.

Use crackers or chips to sip and enjoy!
