When you think of having a snack, what comes to mind? Many people want something that is simple and that is what makes Oreo cookies so popular. After all, they are not only delicious, they are a lot of fun to eat as well. As it turns out, there are other methods of eating Oreo cookies, including this unique recipe.
When you take the deliciousness of an Oreo cookie and put it inside of a crescent roll, you really can’t go wrong. Perhaps you have tried these at a local carnival or you may never have tried them before but once you taste them, you will keep coming back time and time again. It is a unique treat but it is one to serve on any fun occasion.
Ingredients:
1 can (8 oz) Pillsbury™ refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
8 Oreo™ creme-filled chocolate sandwich cookies
1/2 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
Directions:
Heat oven to 350°F.
Unroll dough; separate into 8 triangles.
Place 1 cookie on wide end of each triangle. Fold dough up and over cookie to cover completely; pinch seams to seal tightly.
Place on cookie sheet with cooking parchment paper. Sprinkle tops with chocolate chips.
Bake about 12 minutes or until puffy and light golden brown.
