The Avocado – It’s not just for Salads Anymore

There are a lot of foods that could be considered superfoods. Contained within those foods are vitamins and minerals that help to keep us healthy. One superfood that is not only good for you but tastes delicious are avocados. When they are made correctly, they simply melt in your mouth.

Some people eat avocados by simply removing the peel, taking out the pit and eating the flesh (I like them with salt). Others like to slice them and put them on salads. After watching this video, you may never eat an avocado the same way again!
