Granola
To make granola in a mug, you will need: 1 tablespoon maple syrup, 2 teaspoons water, 2 teaspoons coconut oil, ⅛ teaspoons salt, 4 ½ tablespoons rolled oats, 1 tablespoon coconut flakes, 1 tablespoon chopped nuts, Greek yogurt, raspberries and blueberries.
Add the ingredients in a large microwavable mug and microwave for 1 minute, remove the mug,stir ingredients, and microwave for an additional 30 seconds. Continue the process until oats are golden brown. Top with yogurt and berries!
Mac & Cheese
You will need:
⅓ cup pasta
¾ cup cold water
4 tablespoons milk
¼ teaspoons cornstarch
4 tablespoons cheddar cheese (grated)
salt and pepper.
In a large microwavable mug or bowl, add the macaroni and water. Microwave for roughly 3 ½ minutes and drain the excess water before stirring in the milk, cornstarch, shredded cheese, salt, and black pepper. Microwave for a final 60 seconds to create the sauce. Stir well before eating.
Peanut Butter & Banana Muffin
You will need:
½ medium banana, mashed
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1 egg white
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
4 ½ tablespoons (30g/1oz) oat flour
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon baking powder
a pinch of salt
First thing’s first, mash a banana with a fork in a large microwavable mug. Then combine peanut butter, egg white, and vanilla, and mix well. Add oat flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt. Gently stir in until well combined.
Microwave for 45 seconds to 1 minute or until it is firm in the middle. Garnish with sliced banana and cinnamon.
Pizza
You will need:
4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
⅛ teaspoon baking powder
1/16 teaspoon baking soda
⅛ teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon marinara sauce
shredded mozzarella cheese
5 mini pepperoni
½ teaspoon dried Italian herbs.
Mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together in a microwavable mug. To that, mix in milk and oil. Spread on the marinara sauce and top with cheese, pepperoni and dried herbs. Microwave for 70 to 80 seconds, or until it rises and the toppings are bubbling.
Brownie
You will need:
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons brown sugar
3 tablespoons Cocoa Powder
3 tablespoons coconut oil
3 tablespoons water
a pinch of salt
1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 teaspoon chocolate chips.
In a microwavable mug mix together all of the ingredients together and microwave for 45-60 seconds. Allow to cool for at least 5 minutes before serving with vanilla ice cream and chocolate shavings. So much goodness!!
