This BBQ Crockpot Chicken Makes Life Worth Living

If there is one thing that all of us have in common, it’s the fact that we love food. In fact, we will often go out of our way for a delicious meal but we don’t make them at home as often as we could. Perhaps it is because we live a busy life or maybe we think that it is just too difficult to make good food at home. Once you see this recipe, you will realize that home cooking is now on the menu.

If you are busy and still love good food, the crockpot should be your best friend. You can put food on in the morning and by the time you get home at night, you will have a fantastic meal waiting for you. That is certainly going to be the case when you try this BBQ crockpot chicken. It is easy and delicious.

Ingredients:

2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup BBQ sauce
1/4 cup Zesty Italian dressing
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
salt to taste

Directions:

Season chicken breast lightly (a small pinch per breast) with some sea salt and place in your crockpot.

In a mixing bowl combine BBQ sauce, Italian dressing, brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce. Stir until well combined.

Pour over chicken, cover and cook on HIGH for 3-4 hours.

Once time is up, you can serve the breast whole, or shred with 2 forks. If shredding, recover and let cook in sauce for about 10-15 more minutes to soak up all the flavor.

Serve over rice, in wraps, on a bun, or on its own with a side salad. Enjoy!
