Could Anything Be Better Than This Strawberry Daiquiri Pie?

Sometimes, it is nice to have a sweet and fruity drink and for that, most of us think about a strawberry daiquiri. Thanks to this delicious recipe, it is now possible to enjoy your strawberry daiquiri and to do it in the form of a pie. It is the perfect way to cool down during the summer heat and it goes together so quickly, you might just be tempted to make this every day.

I’ve seen a lot of good recipes for summertime before, but this is the dessert that you will return to time and time again. Not only is it fantastic to put on the table after a good meal, it is perfect for raiding the refrigerator in the middle of the night. Make this once and you will never regret having this recipe in your bag of tricks.

Ingredients:

1 baked pie crust, cooled
1 10 oz. frozen strawberry daiquiri concentrate can, thawed
1 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
12 oz. cool whip
2½ cups chopped strawberries
2-3 whole strawberries for topping
Can of whipped cream for topping

Directions:

In a large bowl, beat daiquiri mix and sweetened condensed milk until combined.

Fold in cool whip.

Fold in strawberries.

Pour into pie crust.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Pipe remaining cool whip along edges using a large star tip. Top with sliced strawberries and one whole strawberry in a flower pattern in the center.

Serve chilled.
