Baked Parmesan Tomato Recipe

This Baked Parmesan Tomato recipe is a proof that eating healthily doesn’t have to be expensive or involve spending a lot of time in the kitchen.
Ingredients:
4 tomatoes halved horizontally
1/4 cup (55 grams) of Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon of oregano, chopped fresh
1/4 teaspoon salt
Freshly ground pepper (to taste)
4 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil.

Preparation:
Preheat oven to 450° F (232° C)
Place the tomatoes with the cut-side up on a baking sheet. Top them with Parmesan, oregano, salt, pepper. Drizzle with oil and bake for about 15 minutes (until the tomatoes are tender).
