Perfect Microwave Popcorn Without Preservative Or Artificial Flavouring

Everyone loves to snack, and when prepared properly there is nothing as tasty or as healthy as popcorn. Provided of course you don’t smother it in toffee or other toppings. This means that you can show your teenagers, or any member of your family for that matter that with a little effort, it is possible to snack healthy.

In this video, not only are we taught how to make popcorn healthily without any preservatives, but we also get taught how to make three different varieties. Snacks just dont come any better than this, and when it is as easy as this, why would you even bother considering the shop bought, preservative filled popcorn, you know it makes sense.

Movie Theatre Style
– ⅓ cup popcorn kernels
– ½ teaspoon salt
– 3 tablespoons butter, melted

Cheese and Rosemary
– ⅓ cup popcorn kernels
– 3 tablespoons butter, melted
– 4 tablespoons dried cheese (Parmesan or cheddar)
– ¼ teaspoon mustard powder
– 1 tablespoon chopped rosemary (dried or fresh)
– ½ teaspoon salt

Caramel Corn
– ⅓ cup popcorn kernels
– 5 tablespoons butter
– ½ cup dark brown sugar
– 2 ½ tablespoons maple syrup (or golden syrup, but not honey)
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1 ½ teaspoons salt
– ½ teaspoon baking soda
