Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1/3 cup light corn syrup
1 tbsp unsalted butter (plus extra for greasing dish)
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Sea salt, garnish

Directions:

Heat a saucepan to a medium heat. Add cream, sugars and corn syrup making sure to stir constantly so the sugars don’t burn.

Add in the vanilla, salt and butter, whisking together until combined, then remove from heat.

Pour into a greased baking dish, then sprinkle sea salt over the top.

Let it cool completely before trying to remove it.
