Baked Banana Bread in a Jar

One of my favorite treats is banana bread, not only because it tastes delicious but because it is the perfect way to get rid of older bananas. Although I’ve made my share of banana bread in my day, I’ve never made it this way before but it’s absolutely brilliant! Rather than baking it in a pan, you make it in small Mason jars.

This is the perfect way to make banana bread on a number of levels. Not only do you get an individual taste of the deliciousness when you want it, it also makes a perfect gift. Additionally, you can store it for up to a week in the refrigerator and enjoy it when you want it!
