Check Out This Ingenious New Way To Make Pancakes

There are certainly a lot of options for what we can eat for breakfast but a favourite of many people is pancakes. We can either eat a stack of them on their own or perhaps we can have them with bacon and eggs but in any case, they are a delicious part of any breakfast.

Most of us have our own particular way of making pancakes and we may have been doing it for years. What you are about to see, however, may just change the way that you look at pancakes from this point forward. After all, who has ever heard of making pancakes in a muffin tin but it is absolutely ingenious! Once you try it, you may never go back to regular pancakes again.

These pancake bites are perfect for an early morning snack or for serving with any other breakfast treat. You can have them plain with syrup or you can even put anything on the inside, from blueberries to chocolate chips. They may look like muffins but when you discover the texture is exactly like a pancake, you are going to be totally hooked.

PANCAKE BITES

INGREDIENTS
– Sugar
– Flour
– Baking powder
– Flaxseed meal
– Milk
– Vanilla
– 1 Egg
– Melted butter
– Any extras (chocolate chips, ect.)

DIRECTIONS
1. Start by mixing your three dry ingredients together. Stir to combine.
2. In a separate bowl add you milk, vanilla, egg, and melted butter (or coconut oil). Whisk together.
3. Gradually add the dry ingredients into the wet, whisking as you go.
4. Into a muffin tin sprayed with cooking spray, spoon the batter into each hole.
5. To add your extras, just take one blueberry or a small handful of chocolate chips and place them on the top of the batter. Push them in gently.
6. Bake at 375 F. for 10 minutes. Enjoy!
