Gluten-Free, Flourless Banana Pancakes

Pancakes make a wonderful breakfast treat, but many of us have to avoid them because of our lifestyle. For medical reasons or personal choice, more and more people are avoiding gluten and trying to eat naturally, which is why you’re going to love this recipe!

You start by peeling a banana and slicing it into small pieces. Crack two eggs over it and mash it altogether until it has a runny consistency. Poor some of the batter onto a griddle and flip it after 25-30 seconds. After they have browned to your liking, they are ready to eat and you will love them!
