These Delicious Banana Oat Breakfast Balls Will Have You Jumping Out Of Bed In The Morning

Let’s face it, most of us are not morning people, and the bed always feels so much nicer in the morning when we have to get out of it. So any and every encouragement I can personally find to get me up in the morning has to be a benefit.

And if that reason is the delicious breakfast I will be waking up to then that seems as good a reason as any. This recipe can actually give you a whole routine as you can prepare it the night before, go to bed dreaming about it overnight, and then wake up and enjoy it the next morning. Seems pretty perfect to me.

Ingredients:
(makes about 5 balls)
1 Banana
1 Cup Oats
1 tbsp Peanut Butter

Method:
1. Mash up the ripened banana in a bowl.
2. Combine the banana with 1 cup of oats.
3. Roll the banana oat mixture into balls and microwave for 1 minute.
4. Drizzle with a tablespoon of melted peanut butter.

Tip:
– Add the amount of oats you like according to texture.
– Make these the night before so all you have to do is grab them out of the fridge in the morning.
– You could also add some honey into the mixture to make them even sweeter.
