I love to cook and I am always on the hunt for new recipes and ideas. However it’s rare then my sense buds start to tingle from just looking at a recipe online, but that’s exactly what happened here. For me this recipe is the perfect weekend brunch a mixture of a late breakfast and an early lunch.
With easy to get ingredients such as sausage and eggs it’s a lovely hearty meal, big enough to replace two meals but filling enough to keep you going until tea time. Just be warned that once you see it, you will want it, so after watching be prepared to visit the supermarket.
