There are a lot of things that I appreciate about autumn. I love the cooler weather, the change in the color and how everything seems to feel fresh. Oh yeah, I also love pumpkins! It doesn’t matter how you make them, pumpkin pie, pumpkin latte or pumpkin cake, I’m all about having as much of it as possible.
Sometimes, I get in the mood for the taste of pumpkin and I don’t have anything readily available. That is when I make this pumpkin mug cake, because it only takes a couple of minutes and before you know it, I’m basking in pumpkin deliciousness!
