There are certain treats that I take advantage of any time I have the opportunity. One of those treats are funnel cakes, but until this point in my life, I could only get them at carnivals, street fairs or when I visited Disney. Thanks to this recipe, I can now enjoy funnel cakes anytime I want one!
Funnel cakes are extremely easy to make but you do need to be cautious when making them. The boiling oil does pose a burn risk, but if you are careful or use a stock pot, you can make them safely at home!
