Apple Puffed Pancake

For this apple puffed pancake recipe, Meg’s mother starts with apples in a general batter of 6 eggs. She bakes it in the oven at 425 degrees Fahrenheit (218 Celsius)
INGREDIENTS
– 6 eggs
– 1 cup whole milk
– 2/3 cup flour
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 3 tablespoons butter
– 3 large apples sliced
– 1/4 cup brown sugar
– 1 tsp cinnamon.

DIRECTIONS
1) Beat eggs in mixer. Add milk and beat. Add flour and salt, beat until combined.
2) Preheat oven to 425. When hot, melt butter in pan (about 9×9). When it melts, add apples and put back in oven until butter sizzles.
3) When butter is sizzling, pour in batter and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
4) Bake 20 minutes and enjoy right away!
