Let Your Slow Cooker Do The Hard Work When Making This Delicious Crockpot Orange Chicken

Of course, many of us struggle to have the time to cook at home which is why we often live or die by our slow cooker. If you would like to make your family a delicious meal tonight, you have got to try this crockpot orange chicken recipe. It is the perfect way to come home after a hard day at work. The smell is absolutely fantastic and you can simply serve it up over some rice.

This entire meal is delicious but it doesn’t take much effort at all to make it. In fact, it only has 4 ingredients. Just remember, you are the only one who needs to know that it wasn’t difficult to make. Let everybody else enjoy it and think you slaved over it all day.

Ingredients:

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
¾ cup orange marmalade
¾ cup BBQ sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce

Directions:

Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, and cook in crockpot on high for 3 hours or low for 6 hours.

After 3 hours on high or 6 hours on low, drain juices from crockpot.

At this point you can either leave the chicken breasts whole, or remove, cut into cubes, and transfer back to crockpot.

Mix together BBQ sauce, orange marmalade, and soy sauce.

Pour mixture over chicken, and cook on high for 30 more minutes.

Serve with rice.
