I don’t know about you, but for my family, there is nothing quite like the taste of homemade strawberry jam. Up until this time, however, it always involved slaving over a hot stove and canning it all day long. It is no longer necessary to do so, because this easy to make recipe keeps my family in strawberry jam all year long.

Strawberry jam is one of those simple pleasures in life and it is quite versatile. You can put it on your pancakes in the morning, eat it with a peanut butter sandwich at lunch and spread it over a warm biscuit for dinner. I like it straight out of the jar! Now that I have this recipe, I never run out.
