Delicious Biscuits with a Secret Ingredient

There is nothing quite like having a great biscuit, especially when it is flaky, moist and absolutely delicious. With this recipe, you make the biscuits from scratch but it is the secret ingredient that truly puts the taste over-the-top! Although you may never have heard of adding 7-Up to your biscuit recipe, you may never make them without it again.

Ingredients:
2 cups of baking mix
½ flour
½ cup of sour cream
½ cup 7 up
½ melted butter

Directions:
In a medium bowl, pour in the baking mix and sour cream and mix with a spatula. Incorporate the 7up while slowly mixing until the the ingredients form a dough. Be sure to scrape the sides of the bowl to get everything together.

On a clean service station, sprinkle ½ cup of flour, and transfer the dough. Flatten the gooey dough with your hands into a rectangular shape and make six little circles. You can use a glass for that step.

In a 9-inch dish pour the melted butter and add the biscuits.

Bake at 350°F for 12 to 15 minutes.
