Bacon & Egg Baskets – Perfect for Breakfast

The classic combination of bacon and eggs will always be a family favorite for breakfast. Truth be known, I sometimes have breakfast for dinner and enjoy some extra bacon on the side! Now that I know how to make these little bacon & egg baskets, my breakfast is not only fun, the breakfast table is full!

Ingredients:
6 strips bacon
6 eggs

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350
Precook bacon until starting to brown but still pliable, about 20 minutes in the oven.
Wrap partially cooked bacon into a circle and fit into 6-cup muffin tin, then crack an egg into them middle of each bacon cup.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until white is set and yolk is at desired level of runniness.
